Have you ever literally chained yourself to the desk trying to find an answer to something that just won’t come? We try to force, go against the grain, and push the water up the hill time and time again until finally our head hits the desk out of sheer exhaustion. We pray for the answer, we hope for the inspiration but nothing comes when the mind is full to capacity.

We have conditioned and programed ourselves over long periods of time to keep going, to sneaking in the final few minutes before midnight looking for the magical answer to the puzzle. Now, stop for a minute have a look in the mirror and see the weary face before you. Have you forgotten who you are or forgotten to take the break your body craves for.

Would you dare to pencil into your diary a half day or full day recharge in nature with a coach that will take you on a journey that will not only give you the head space but will help you tease out the answers to your questions. Yes, we often have to fight against the distractions and sit by the desk to get the work done but chaining ourselves to the desk when the battery is flat is never the answer.

Leave the phone and the laptop behind, instead see nature as the magic dust that recharges your battery, and see nature’s beauty as the inspiration you’re looking for. The wind and fresh air will clear the cobwebs, the water in the many streams will cleanse your face and reveal the past warrior that’s rejuvenated and ready for victory again.

Too many people reach the burnt out state each day by chaining themselves to the matrix which leaves us lonely out of sync and detached from our ancient brains and bodies. We are divided, miserable and fast reaching states of chronic illness, mental fatigue and suicide which continue to skyrocket.

We can’t be forcing ourselves to have all the answers. We are not magicians who can wave a magic wand and say wala there is the answer. We are amazing people to be doing all that we do, but please drop the ego and reach out for help.

In nature there is no noise, no constant to do lists, no one nagging you, only fresh air, peace, calm and a coach to help you take the power back. We have lost our identities where our bodies and mind have become weaker, confused and out of sync with nature that we desperately need for harmony.

It’s time to hit the refresh button, unleash the chains, reconnect with yourself and nature and see it as time well spent for the mental and physical wellbeing for you and your team.
