“Can you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be?” A great quote by the late Charles Bukowski. We can become lost in life and one day many years later wonder who the person in the mirror is. The many years of listening to other people telling you what to do, where to go and what life to live has finally taken its toll and left a shadow of the person that once was.
We instead listened and believed to other people who we thought had the answers. This created a subconscious limiting program that play on repeat to our detriment. The suffering must stop and the fire from within must be reignited. There are too many wasted ideas lying in the graveyard from people who never backed themselves.
What you should do is step into your own shoes, follow your own dreams that’s still burning inside you, dance to the rhythm of the universe, be free like the wind, laugh so loud until your face hurts or draw smiley faces on your mashed potatoes if you so wish.
What you should do is don’t get lost in a world full of noise, remember who you were, why you are here and why the word you have to speak will change humanity. Make a promise to yourself that will find the inner strength to remember who you were.
